Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders placed through PepgenixPeptides.com are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During periods of high demand or product restocking, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you do not see this email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting support.

Note: Occasionally, specific items may be on backorder, which can cause short delays. If this occurs, you will be notified promptly.

2. Shipping Carriers and Delivery

We partner with trusted U.S. carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, to ensure reliable and timely delivery. Once the package leaves our facility, Pepgenix Peptides cannot control transit times or carrier handling.

For the most accurate delivery updates, please use your tracking number directly on the carrier’s website.

3. Shipping Insurance

Every order includes shipping insurance to protect against loss or damage during transit.

Lost Packages: A package may be declared lost if it does not arrive within 20 business days after carrier pickup. After this period, we will initiate a claim on your behalf and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 3 business days of delivery. Please include clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging (inside and outside) to meet insurance claim requirements.

Stolen Packages: Insurance does not cover theft after confirmed delivery. Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Pepgenix Peptides is not responsible for loss due to theft or tampering.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for refunds or reshipments.

Please double-check your address details before completing payment.

5. FDA and Legal Disclaimer

The statements on this website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Products sold by Pepgenix Peptides are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Pepgenix Peptides operates exclusively as a chemical and research-use-only supplier. It is not a compounding pharmacy, manufacturer, or outsourcing facility under Sections 503A or 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

6. International Shipping & Customs

Pepgenix Peptides primarily ships within the United States. If international shipping is available for your country, it is the buyer’s full responsibility to ensure compliance with all importation laws and customs regulations.

Pepgenix Peptides is not responsible for customs delays, duties, taxes, seizures, or refusals of entry. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to waive all liability against Pepgenix Peptides related to importation or customs processing.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

This policy is in place to protect the integrity and quality of our products.

If an item is damaged in transit or incorrectly fulfilled, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery for resolution. Upon review and verification, Pepgenix Peptides may, at its discretion, issue a replacement or refund.

8. Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Please provide your order number, description of the missing item, and a photo of the packaging contents.

Our fulfillment team uses a double-verification system and internal photo documentation for every shipment to ensure accuracy and prevent fraudulent claims.

9. Fraud Prevention

To protect our business and customers, all shipments are photographed before leaving our facility. For high-value orders, a signature confirmation may be required upon delivery.

Any attempt to dispute legitimate charges without contacting our support team first may result in a permanent account ban and submission of documentation to financial institutions for fraud prevention.

10. Order Changes or Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify or cancel it. Please verify your product selection and shipping information carefully before completing checkout.
