1. Purpose of This Policy
This Chargeback and Fraud Policy outlines the terms under which Pepgenix Peptides handles disputes, fraudulent transactions, and chargeback claims initiated by customers or financial institutions. By placing an order through pepgenixpeptides.com, you (“the Buyer”) acknowledge and agree to the terms described below.
2. Definition of a Chargeback
A chargeback occurs when a customer disputes a transaction directly with their credit card issuer or payment provider, resulting in a reversal of funds previously paid to the merchant.
Chargebacks are designed to protect consumers from unauthorized use of their financial accounts — however, they are not a substitute for direct communication with our support team regarding shipping or order concerns.
3. Fraud Prevention Measures
To ensure transaction integrity, Pepgenix Peptides employs multiple security measures, including but not limited to:
Payment verification and fraud detection systems.
Address and ZIP code matching (AVS).
IP monitoring and geolocation tracking.
Photo documentation of each packaged order prior to shipment.
Signature confirmation for high-value purchases.
Any transaction flagged as suspicious may be held for manual verification or canceled at our discretion.
4. Communication Before Dispute

5. Unauthorized or Fraudulent Use

Fraudulent chargebacks or false claims may result in:
Permanent banning of the customer’s account and associated data.

6. Chargeback Disputes and Evidence Submission
If a chargeback is initiated, Pepgenix Peptides will contest it with documented evidence, including but not limited to:
Order confirmation and payment authorization details.
Carrier tracking data and delivery confirmation.
Internal fulfillment photographs of the packaged order.
Correspondence logs with the customer.
Proof of acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and Shipping Policy.
Customers who file a chargeback without first contacting support may be permanently restricted from future purchases at pepgenixpeptides.com.
7. Administrative and Processing Fees
If a chargeback is resolved in the customer’s favor but was determined to have been filed without valid cause, Pepgenix Peptides reserves the right to apply a $35 administrative fee to any future refund, exchange, or order, to recover processing costs associated with the dispute.
8. Legal Notice and Indemnification
By purchasing from Pepgenix Peptides, you agree to indemnify and hold the company harmless against any losses, costs, or damages resulting from misuse, false claims, or fraudulent activity related to payment processing.
Pepgenix Peptides retains the right to pursue reimbursement for chargeback-related losses through collections or legal proceedings if necessary.
9. Policy Enforcement
This policy is enforced in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Shipping & Returns Policy. Violations of this policy may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
