Shipping & Returns

    •    Processing Time: Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

    •    Carriers: USPS, UPS & FedEx. Once shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.

    •    Tracking: Sent via email once your order ships (check spam/junk folder).

    •    Insurance: All orders are insured for loss or damage during transit.

    •    Lost packages: eligible after 20 business days.

    •    Damaged packages: must be reported within 3 days with photos.

    •    Theft after delivery is not covered.

    •    All Sales Final: Due to product sensitivity, no returns or exchanges.

    •    Damaged/Defective Items: Must be reported within 3 days. Lab proof (HPLC) required for defect claims.

    •    Missing Items: Report within 3 days. Verified claims will be corrected.

    •    Fraud Prevention: Orders are photographed before shipment; signatures may be required for high-value purchases.

    •    Quality Guarantee: If a US-accredited lab finds purity <95% or dose variance >10%, we cover testing costs and issue refund, credit, or replacement.

    •    Chargebacks: Filing without contacting support results in permanent account ban and a $35 fee applied to future transactions.
